At PURE The Winery, we sell our wines by the full case, with one variety per case. We understand that ordering a full case can feel like a big step if you’ve never tried the wine before. After all, what if it turns out not to be quite to your taste?

That’s why we offer our Taste Guarantee. You can open one bottle from your order and take your time to try it. Don’t like the wine? Simply contact us at support@purethewinery.com.

We’ll then let you know which address to send the remaining unopened bottles to in their original box. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll refund the purchase price of the unopened bottles. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Tip: Choose a reliable parcel carrier that offers international shipping with Track & Trace. Compare the rates beforehand and keep your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.

This way, you can try PURE for yourself first, without being left with five unopened bottles if the wine turns out not to be your taste.
